3. Getting Started
3.1 Package Contents
Ensure all items are present in the package:

- USB Type-C Charging Cable

3.2 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the EZON H-Box. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port (7) on the back of the device and to a standard USB power adapter (not included).
3.3 Power On/Off
To power on the device, press and hold the MODE button (1) for a few seconds until the display illuminates. To power off, repeat the process.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Connecting the Heart Rate Monitor
The EZON H-Box can pair with EZON C022Pro or C009Pro Heart Rate Series chest straps. To pair, ensure the chest strap is worn correctly and activated. On the H-Box, press and hold the [-] button for 2 seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing. The device will display the heart rate once connected.

4.2 Using Heart Rate Monitoring
Once paired, the EZON H-Box displays your real-time heart rate. The device provides alerts if your heart rate is too high or too low, helping you maintain a safe and effective workout intensity.

4.3 Interval Training Mode
The EZON H-Box allows you to customize up to 99 sets of workout and rest intervals. Use the MODE button to navigate to the Interval Training mode, then use the SET, +, and - buttons to configure your desired workout and rest durations. The device will provide alerts for transitions between intervals.

4.4 Stopwatch and Countdown Modes
The device includes a precision stopwatch for timing activities and a countdown timer for various uses. Navigate to these modes using the MODE button. Use the + and - buttons to set countdown times or start/stop the stopwatch.

4.5 Clock and Alarm Functions
The EZON H-Box serves as a stylish pixel art clock. You can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats. It also features a perpetual calendar and supports up to 5 independent alarm groups. Use the SET button to enter time and alarm settings, and the + and - buttons to adjust values.

5. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place within the specified storage temperature range of -10°C to 60°C.
- Battery: The internal battery (CR2032) provides approximately 24 months of timekeeping. If the device is not holding a charge or functioning correctly, contact customer support for battery service.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Device Not Powering On
- Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable.
- Press and hold the MODE button for several seconds.
6.2 Heart Rate Monitor Not Connecting
- Verify the chest strap is worn correctly and has good contact with the skin.
- Ensure the chest strap battery is functional.
- Re-initiate pairing on the H-Box by pressing and holding the [-] button for 2 seconds.
6.3 Inaccurate Heart Rate Readings
- Check the fit and placement of the chest strap. It should be snug and positioned correctly on your chest.
- Moisten the electrodes on the chest strap with water or electrode gel for better conductivity.
6.4 Display Issues
- If the display is dim, ensure the device is charged.
- Adjust the brightness using the LIGHT button.
