- Inspect Connections: Periodically check all water and gas connections for wear, damage, or leaks. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Winterization: In freezing temperatures, ensure all water is completely drained from the unit and hoses to prevent damage from ice expansion.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
Q1: My water pump isn't working at all and isn't pumping any water. What should I do?
A:
- Power Switch Location: The small black switch on the bottom of the machine is the main power switch for the entire device. Ensure it is turned ON.
- Check Battery Level: If the indicator light or screen on the control panel does not light up after pressing the power button, the built-in battery is low. Connect the power adapter to charge it first.
- Charging Note: When the device is out of power, neither the water pump nor the heating function will start. This is the most common reason why the device does not work.

Figure 6: Main power switch and display panel for troubleshooting pump issues.
Q2: I can't tell which port is for charging and which is for power output. What should I do?
A: Refer to the image below for the correct wiring method.
- Plug the water pump's power cord into the port labeled "WATER PUMP INTERFACE."
- Connect the water inlet hose to the threaded fitting labeled "Water Inlet" at the bottom.
Important Note: Never plug the pump's power cord into the charging port. The charging port is only for charging the device; the pump will not work at all if plugged in there.

Figure 7: Correct port identification for pump and charging.
Q3: I just received the unit, and the pump isn't working when I use it for the first time. Is this normal?
A: Ensure correct connections as follows:
- Plug the power adapter into the 'CHARGING INTERFACE' port on the device to charge.
- The red port labeled "Water output" or "Water pump port" is the power supply port for the water pump; do not plug a charger into it.
Important Note:
- To charge the device: Plug into the 'CHARGING INTERFACE' on the front.
- To run the water pump: Plug into the 'WATER PUMP INTERFACE' on the side.
- To connect water hoses: Connect the hose to the 'Water output' (out) on the front and the 'Water inlet' (in) on the side.

Figure 8: Correct port usage for charging and pump operation.
Q4: The equipment is powered on and the wiring is correct, but the pump still won't start. What could be the problem?
A:
- Icon Legend: When the showerhead icon is lit on the display, it indicates that the device is in "Shower Mode." Pressing the Pump On/Off button at this time will activate the pump to supply water.
- How to turn on shower mode: First, press the power button on the far left to turn on the device. It will automatically enter shower mode, and the showerhead icon will light up. Then press the Pump On/Off button to start the pump, and you can take a shower as usual.
- Additional tip: If the icon isn't lit, the pump won't start. You can check to see if the mode is set correctly or if the device is plugged in.
