3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

1. Remove all packaging materials, including tape and foam. Ensure no parts are left inside the unit.

2. Place the refrigerator on a flat, stable surface. The unit measures approximately 18.31"D x 19.37"W x 32.28"H. Allow at least 4 inches of space around the back and sides for proper ventilation.

3. If the refrigerator has been placed horizontally during transport, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

4. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the unit to ensure it is stable and level. This prevents wobbling and ensures proper door sealing.

Refer to the detailed instructions in the included user manual for steps on how to reverse the door hinges. This process typically involves removing the top hinge cover, unscrewing the hinges, moving the door, and reattaching the hinges and cover to the opposite side.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Defrosting

  • Unplug the refrigerator from the power outlet.
  • Remove all food items and place them in another cooler or refrigerator.
  • Leave the door open to allow the frost to melt naturally. You can place a towel at the bottom to absorb water.
  • Do not use sharp objects or heating devices to remove frost, as this can damage the unit.
  • Once defrosted, wipe the interior dry with a soft cloth.

5.2 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene and efficiency:

  • Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Clean the interior with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
