1. Introduction
The OLIGHT O'Pen 3 is a versatile 4-in-1 EDC (Everyday Carry) tool, combining a smooth-writing pen with multiple lighting functions and a green laser. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your O'Pen 3.

3. Product Features and Components
The O'Pen 3 integrates multiple functions into a compact and durable aluminum body.
- Pen Function: Smooth-writing ballpoint pen with a recessed grip for comfortable hold. Compatible with previous OPEN series refills.
- Pen Tip Light: A soft LED light integrated into the pen tip, ideal for writing in dark environments.
- Pen Clip White Light: Up to 120 lumens with multiple brightness levels, suitable for general illumination.
- Pen Clip Red Light: Two-stage red light for night vision or signaling.

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Use
Before first use, please fully charge the product. Remove any protective films or stickers from the device, especially from the laser aperture.
4.2 Charging
To charge the O'Pen 3, gently twist the middle section of the pen counter-clockwise to reveal the hidden USB-C charging port. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the port and a power source. The indicator light will show red during charging and green when fully charged. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pen Function
To extend the pen tip, push the selector downwards towards the pen tip. To retract, push the selector upwards. The bolt-action mechanism provides a smooth and satisfying operation.
5.2 Switching Between Light Modes
The O'Pen 3 features a 3-position toggle switch to select between the Laser, Pen Clip Light, and Pen Tip Light modes. Simply slide the switch to the desired position.
5.3 Pen Tip Light Operation
With the switch in the Pen Tip Light position, press the power button once to turn the pen tip light ON. Press again to turn it OFF. This light is designed to illuminate your writing area in low-light conditions.

5.4 Pen Clip White Light Operation
With the switch in the Pen Clip Light position, press the power button once to turn the white light ON. Press again to turn it OFF. To cycle through brightness levels (Moon, Low, Medium, High), press and hold the power button while the light is ON. Release to select the desired brightness.

5.5 Pen Clip Red Light Operation
With the switch in the Pen Clip Light position, quickly double-press the power button to activate the red light. Double-press again to turn it OFF. To cycle between low and high red light, press and hold the power button while the red light is ON. Triple-press the power button to activate SOS mode.
5.6 Green Beam (Laser) Operation
With the switch in the Laser position, press the power button once to activate the green beam. Press again to turn it OFF. To cycle between two intensity levels, press and hold the power button while the laser is ON. Release to select the desired intensity.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Pen Refill Replacement
To replace the pen refill, unscrew the pen tip section. Carefully remove the old refill and insert the new one. Ensure the new refill is properly seated before screwing the pen tip back on. An extra oil-based refill is included in the package.

6.2 Cleaning
Wipe the pen body with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish or internal components.
7. Troubleshooting
- Light not turning ON: Ensure the battery is charged. Check if the selector switch is in the correct position for the desired light mode.
- Pen tip not extending/retracting: Ensure the pen tip section is screwed on tightly. Check for any obstructions in the bolt-action mechanism.
- Charging issue: Ensure the USB-C cable is fully inserted and the power source is active. Check the charging indicator light.
