1. Introduction

The Moman CPX Motorcycle Group Mesh Intercom is designed to provide seamless communication for motorcycle riders. Featuring advanced mesh technology, it supports up to 24 riders within a 2KM range. This device integrates Bluetooth 5.4 for stable connections, Quad AI Noise Cancellation for clear audio, and audio multitasking capabilities. 3. Setup and Installation

Proper installation ensures optimal performance and comfort. The Moman CPX offers flexible mounting options to suit various helmet types.

3.1 Speaker and Microphone Installation

The headset includes both boom and soft microphones for different helmet types. The boom mic is suitable for open-face helmets, while the soft mic is for full-face helmets.

1. Remove the helmet's inner padding to access the ear pockets.
2. Attach the speaker units to the inside of the helmet's ear pockets using the provided Velcro pads. Ensure they are positioned directly over your ears for best audio quality.
3. Route the speaker wires discreetly under the helmet padding to avoid discomfort.
4. Attach the chosen microphone (boom or soft) to the inside of the helmet near your mouth. Connect the microphone to the main unit's speaker cable.
5. Reinstall the helmet's inner padding, ensuring all wires are tucked away and do not interfere with comfort or safety.

3.2 Intercom Unit Mounting

Choose between the clip-on mount or the adhesive mount for the main intercom unit.

• Clip-on Mount: Slide the clip between the helmet shell and the inner padding on the left side of the helmet. Secure it firmly.
• Adhesive Mount: Clean the desired mounting area on the left side of the helmet. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive mount and firmly press it onto the helmet for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before attaching the intercom unit.
• Slide the main CPX intercom unit onto the chosen mount until it clicks securely into place.

4. Operating Instructions

The Moman CPX is designed for intuitive control, even with gloves on, thanks to its oversized knob and clear button layout.

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Long press the power button (usually the main function button) for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes blue.
• Power Off: Long press the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

4.2 Intercom Modes and Pairing

The CPX features two mesh intercom modes: Open Mesh and Group Mesh, supporting up to 24 riders.

• Open Mesh Mode: Connects up to 24 riders seamlessly. One-touch pairing for quick setup.
• Group Mesh Mode: Allows for 6 private groups with up to 24 riders each.
• Pairing: For initial pairing, ensure both devices are off. Long press the intercom button on both units until red and blue lights flash. Choose one as 'master' and click its intercom button to start searching. After 5-10 seconds, both devices will flash blue at the same rate, indicating successful pairing. Click the master's intercom button to enter intercom mode.

4.3 Audio Multitasking and Adaptive Volume

The CPX supports simultaneous processing of multiple audio sources without frequent switching.

• Simultaneous Audio: Listen to music, navigation prompts, and intercom communication concurrently.
• Adaptive Volume: The 'Intercom Priority' system automatically lowers music/GPS/radio volume when intercom is active and restores it when inactive.

4.4 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single press the main function button.
• Volume Control: Use the oversized knob to adjust volume up or down.
• Track Skip: Double tap the forward/backward buttons (if available) or use voice commands.

4.5 Phone Calls

• Answer Call: Short press the main function button.
• Reject Call: Long press the main function button for approximately 1 second.
• End Call: Short press the main function button during a call.
• Voice Assistant: Activate your phone's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant) via the oversized knob or a dedicated button.

4.6 FM Radio

• Turn On/Off: Use the oversized knob or voice command to activate/deactivate the built-in FM radio.
• Scan Stations: Use dedicated buttons or voice commands to scan for available FM stations.

4.7 Voice Control

The CPX supports intelligent voice operation for basic commands, including music, calls, GPS, and mesh communication.

• Wake Word: Say "Hi Max" to activate voice control.
• Commands: Use commands like "Music On", "Radio On", "Free Mode", "Phone Pairing", "Answer the Phone", "Next Track", "Previous Track", "Volume Up", "Volume Down", "Hang Up", "Group Mesh", "End Intercom".
• Offline commands are available without network connection. Online commands (e.g., weather, navigation) are available when paired with a phone connected to the internet.
