1. Introduction

The pTron Bassbuds NEO are True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds designed for high-quality audio playback and clear communication. These earbuds feature 13mm dynamic drivers for immersive sound, Bluetooth V5.4 for stable connectivity, and AI-ENC technology for enhanced call clarity. The compact design ensures comfort for extended wear, and the charging case provides extended playtime.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective L/R slots.
2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a DC5V/1A power source.
3. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

4.2. Pairing with a Device

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.

1. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
2. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "pTron Bassbuds NEO" from the list.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the earbuds' LED indicators will turn off or flash slowly.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will power on automatically. Alternatively, long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Alternatively, long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

5.2. Music Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.

5.3. Call Management

The Bassbuds NEO feature Dual HD Mics with AI-ENC for clear calls.

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long-press the touch sensor on either earbud for 2 seconds.

5.4. Voice Assistant

Activate your device's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.) quickly.

• Activate Voice Assistant: Long-press the touch sensor on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).

Enhance your listening experience by downloading the 'Original Sound' app.

• Custom EQ: Choose from preset equalizers or create your own.
• Customize Controls: Personalize touch controls for various functions.

6.1. Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
• Gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to ensure proper charging.

6.2. Storage

• Always store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

6.3. Water Resistance

The pTron Bassbuds NEO are IPX5 water and sweat resistant. This means they can withstand splashes of water and sweat, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or swimming.
