Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the 'What's Included' section are present.
  2. Clean: Before first use, clean the bean hopper, grinding chamber, and ground coffee container according to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.
  3. Assemble: Place the bean hopper onto the top of the grinder and rotate it clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the ground coffee container is correctly positioned on the base.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (230 Volts).

Operating Instructions

1. Add Coffee Beans

Pour fresh, roasted coffee beans into the bean hopper. Do not overfill.

2. Select Grind Setting

Rotate the grind setting dial located below the bean hopper to choose your desired fineness. The grinder offers 40 precise settings, suitable for various brewing methods:

  • Settings 1-10: Extra Fine to Fine (e.g., Espresso)

3. Set Grinding Time

Use the LED touch screen display to set the grinding duration. You can adjust the time up to 60 seconds in 1-second increments. The grinder will automatically stop once the countdown is complete.

4. Start Grinding

Press the start button on the LED touch screen to begin grinding. The grinder will operate until the set time elapses.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grinder.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Empty Hopper and Container: Remove any remaining coffee beans from the hopper and empty the ground coffee container.
  3. Remove Bean Hopper: Rotate the bean hopper counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
  4. Clean Grinding Chamber: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any loose coffee grounds from the grinding chamber and burrs.
  5. Use Air-Blast Cleaner: Press the silicone air-blast cleaner (if attached) to dislodge any remaining grounds from the grinding path.

Troubleshooting
