Setup and Assembly

Assembly requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly, especially for the table. Do not fully tighten screws until all components are aligned and in place.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components and hardware are present according to the parts list (refer to the included assembly diagram).
  2. Chair Assembly:
    • When installing the seat plate (Accessory D), ensure the Textilene seat surface's stitching faces downward for correct orientation.
    • Rotate both sides of Accessory D's rods inward 90° and attach them to the chair legs.
    • The recessed holes on both sides of the backrest will face inward for easy support column installation.
    • Insert bolts carefully, hand-tightening only at first. Apply a criss-cross pattern when tightening.
    • If you encounter alignment issues, slightly loosen other bolts to adjust.
    • Tighten all bolts securely only after the chair is fully assembled and stable.
  3. Table Assembly:
    • Attach the table legs to the tabletop. Snug the bolts hand-tight initially.
    • After fastening the frame, tighten the frame bolts first, then proceed to tighten the leg bolts to the table.
    • Tighten all bolts simultaneously to ensure the legs align properly.
    • Ensure the plastic feet on the leg bottoms are checked and tightened.

Operating Instructions

The Pamapic Outdoor Dining Set is designed for comfortable outdoor dining and relaxation. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your outdoor dining set, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning:
    • The steel frames and Textilene fabric are easy to clean. Use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth or sponge to wipe down surfaces.
    • Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry.
    • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish and fabric.
    • For the table's "plastic wood" slats, avoid solvent-based cleaners, which can cause discoloration.
  • Weather Resistance: The heavy-duty steel frames are weather-resistant and rust-proof. The Textilene fabric is durable, UV resistant, and quick-drying.
  • Storage: The chairs are stackable for convenient storage when not in use, helping to save space and protect them from prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Pamapic Outdoor Dining Set, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Wobbly Chairs/Table: Ensure all bolts are fully tightened. If the issue persists, check for uneven ground and use leg levelers if available or adjust the placement.
  • Missing Parts/Damaged in Transit: If any parts are missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer support immediately. Do not attempt to assemble with missing or damaged components.
  • Difficulty Aligning Screws: During assembly, ensure components are correctly oriented. Loosen other screws slightly to allow for adjustment before fully tightening. Sometimes, paint thickness can cause initial resistance; carefully threading the bolt can help.
