3. Setup

3.1. Download the App

To operate the endoscope, you need to download the companion application on your mobile device:

  • For iOS users: Search for "SUP-ANESOK" in the App Store, download, and install it. Supports iOS 9.0 and above.
  • For Android users: Search for "SUP-ANESOK" in the Google Play Store, download, and install it. Supports Android 4.4 and above. Ensure your mobile phone supports OTG function. Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the user manual to download the app.

3.2. Connect Mobile Phone

Connect the endoscope to your mobile device using the appropriate adapter:

  • If your phone has a USB-C port, plug the endoscope's USB-C connector directly into your phone.
  • If your phone has a Lightning port (iPhone/iPad), use the provided Lightning adapter.
  • If your phone has a Micro USB port, use the provided Micro USB adapter.

Once connected, open the "SUP-ANESOK" app. The camera feed should appear on your screen. If the app does not display pictures, ensure the connection is secure, the phone's power is above 20%, and the OTG function is enabled in your phone settings (for Android devices).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Adjusting LED Brightness

The endoscope features 8 adjustable LED lights around the camera lens. Use the dial on the cable controller to increase or decrease the brightness of the LED lights to achieve optimal visibility in different lighting conditions.

4.2. Taking Photos and Videos

The cable controller includes a button for capturing images and recording videos. Short press the button to take a photo. Long press the button to switch between the front camera and the side camera perspective (when the mirror attachment is used).

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Kinpthy Endoscope Camera:

  • Cleaning: Always wipe the camera lens with a soft, dust-free cloth after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or corrosive materials that could damage the lens or cable.
  • Storage: Store the endoscope in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
  • Temperature: The camera probe is made of heat-resistant and high-temperature material. When checking car engines, ensure the temperature inside the engine drops to normal temperature to prevent damage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your endoscope camera, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Unable to connect to Phone / APP does not display pictures:
    1. Ensure the interface is clean and free of debris. Wipe with alcohol and re-plug.
    2. Check if the mobile phone's power is low (less than 20%). Plug it in again after charging.
    3. For Android phones, verify that the OTG function is turned on or that the phone supports OTG. Search for "OTG" in your phone settings.
  • Imaging picture is not clear / Brightness of light is not enough:
    1. The focal length of the product is 2cm-10cm. Use within this range for clear images.
    2. Adjust the LED light brightness using the dial on the cable controller.
    3. Clean the front lens of the camera with a dust-free cloth.
  • The camera is hot:

    It is normal for the camera to heat up, especially when the camera LED light is at its highest brightness, but it does not affect normal use or service life.
