Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using this appliance. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
• Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
• Do not pick up toxic material (e.g., chlorine bleach, ammonia cleaner, drain cleaner).
• Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.

Setup and Assembly

1. Attach the Extension Wand: Insert the extension wand into the main handheld vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the floor brush to the other end of the extension wand. Ensure it clicks firmly. For handheld use, attach desired accessory (Crevice Brush or Flat Nozzle) directly to the main unit.
3. Install the Battery: If the battery is separate, slide it into the designated slot on the main unit until it locks.

4. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the main unit or the wall hanger, then plug it into a power outlet. The battery indicator lights will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Mode Selection

1. Power On: Press the power button once to turn on the vacuum cleaner in ECO mode.
2. Change Suction Mode: Press the power button again to switch to Max mode for stronger suction.
3. Power Off: Press the power button a third time to turn off the vacuum cleaner.

Using Different Brush Heads

The DUMOS vacuum comes with three interchangeable brush heads for various cleaning tasks:

• Floor Brush: Ideal for general cleaning on carpets, rugs, and hard floors. Its motorized action and LED lights ensure thorough cleaning.
• Crevice Brush: Perfect for reaching into narrow gaps, corners, and tight spaces, such as between sofa cushions or car seats.
• Flat Nozzle: Suitable for cleaning upholstery, curtains, and delicate surfaces.

Flexible Floor Brush and LED Lights

• The floor brush features 90° vertical and 180° horizontal flexibility, allowing it to swivel and reach under furniture and around obstacles with ease.
• The integrated LED lights automatically illuminate when the vacuum is in operation, providing better visibility in dimly lit areas and helping to spot hidden dust and debris.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your DUMOS Cordless Vacuum Cleaner.

Emptying the Dustbin

1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and disconnected from the charger.
2. Locate the dustbin release button on the main unit. Press it to detach the dustbin.
3. Hold the dustbin over a trash can and press the bottom release latch to open the dustbin and empty its contents.
4. Close the dustbin lid and reattach the dustbin to the main unit until it clicks securely.

Cleaning Filters and Washable Accessories

The HEPA filter and other accessories are washable. Clean them regularly to maintain suction power.

1. Remove the dustbin as described above.
2. Twist and pull out the filter assembly from the dustbin. Separate the HEPA filter and mesh filter.
3. Rinse the filters and any other washable accessories (Crevice Brush, Flat Nozzle) under cool running water until the water runs clear.
4. Allow all parts to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
5. Reassemble the filters and dustbin, then reattach to the main unit.

Cleaning the Floor Brush

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
2. Locate the brush roll release latch or screws on the side of the floor brush. Open it to remove the brush roll.
3. Use scissors or a cleaning tool to remove any tangled hair, threads, or debris from the brush roll.
4. Clean any debris from the brush roll housing.
5. Reinsert the brush roll and secure the latch/screws.

The DUMOS Cordless Vacuum Cleaner comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
