Safety Precautions

• Ensure the device is fully charged before first use.
• Use only clean, fresh water. Do not use any other liquids.
• Keep the device away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water. Only the water tanks are designed for water contact.
• Supervise pets during initial use to ensure proper adaptation.

• Disconnect power before cleaning or maintenance.

Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Charge the Device: It is recommended to fully charge the device before its first use. Connect the charging cable to the charging port. The indicator light will show charging status.
3. Assemble the Fountain:
   • Place the Sewage Water Tank on a stable, flat surface.
   • Position the Main Unit securely on top of the Sewage Water Tank.
   • Insert the Stainless Steel Water Dish into its designated slot on the Main Unit.
   • Place the Clean Water Tank on top of the Main Unit, ensuring it is properly aligned.
4. Fill the Clean Water Tank: Remove the lid of the Clean Water Tank and fill it with fresh, clean water up to the "MAX" line (3L). Replace the lid securely.
5. Set Wastewater Drainage Frequency: Use the control knob to select the desired interval for wastewater drainage (4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24 hours). Turning the knob to "OFF" disables automatic drainage.

Operating Instructions

Sensor Mode

When a pet approaches within 1.5 meters (120°) of the fountain, the motion sensor will activate, and water will flow for 15 seconds. There is an 8-second interval before the next sensing activation. This encourages pets to drink more fresh, running water.

Gravity Design

The fountain features a gravity-fed design, ensuring water is dispensed even if there is a power cut or the device is turned off. This provides a continuous water supply for your pets.

Wastewater Separation and Self-Refill

The unique design separates clean and wastewater. At the set interval (4/6/8/12/16/20/24 hours), the system automatically sucks 150ml of sewage into the sewage tank and refills 150ml of clean water into the drinking dish. This ensures your pet always has fresh water without circulating dirty water.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygiene of your pet water fountain.

1. Daily Water Check: Monitor the water levels in both the clean and sewage tanks daily. Refill the clean water tank as needed.
2. Empty Sewage Tank: Empty the sewage tank regularly, depending on the set drainage frequency and pet usage. To manually drain, press the control knob.
3. Cleaning:
   • The snap-on structure allows for easy disassembly. Separate the Clean Water Tank, Main Unit, and Sewage Water Tank.
   • Clean the Stainless Steel Water Dish, Clean Water Tank, and Sewage Water Tank with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
   • Wipe the Main Unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the Main Unit in water.
   • Ensure all components are dry before reassembling.
4. Filterless Design: This fountain does not require traditional filters, saving on replacement costs and time. However, regular cleaning of the filter screen and inlet water screen is recommended to prevent blockages.
