Safety Information

Setup
1. Battery Installation
The Lancer Tactical Gen 2 SD M4 uses a 9.6V Nunchuck battery, typically stored in the rifle's retractable stock.
- Retract the stock fully to access the battery compartment.
- Carefully connect the battery to the rifle's wiring harness. Ensure the connectors are fully seated.
- Gently tuck the battery and wires into the stock compartment.
- Extend the stock to your desired position.

2. Charging the Battery
Use the included charger to power your 9.6V Nunchuck battery. The charger features an automatic power shutdown once the battery is fully charged.
- Connect the battery to the charger.
- Plug the charger into a suitable power outlet.
- Monitor the charging indicator (if present) and disconnect once charging is complete.
3. Magazine Loading
The rifle comes with a high-capacity magazine that accommodates up to 300 rounds of 0.20g-0.28g BBs.
- Open the BB loading port on the top of the magazine.
- Pour BBs into the magazine.
- Wind the wheel at the bottom of the magazine until BBs are visible in the feeding tube.
- Insert the loaded magazine firmly into the rifle's magazine well until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely seated to prevent misfeeds.

4. Attaching Accessories
The rifle features a full-length 20mm Free Float Modular Rail Interface System and an upper Picatinny/Weaver style rail for optics and other accessories.
- Red Dot Sight: Mount the red dot sight onto the upper Picatinny rail. Secure it using the integrated mounting mechanism.
- Foregrip: Attach the foregrip to the lower section of the modular rail system.

Operating
1. Firing Modes
The rifle features a fire selector switch with three positions:
- SAFE: Engages the safety mechanism, preventing the rifle from firing. Always set to SAFE when not actively shooting.
- SEMI: Allows for single shots with each trigger pull.
- AUTO: Enables continuous firing as long as the trigger is held down.

2. Hop-up Adjustment
The adjustable rotary polymer hop-up unit allows you to fine-tune the backspin on the BBs, affecting their trajectory and range. To adjust:
- Pull back the charging handle to expose the hop-up unit.
- Rotate the hop-up dial to increase or decrease the backspin. Experiment with settings to find the optimal trajectory for your chosen BB weight.
- Release the charging handle.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your airsoft rifle.
- Cleaning the Barrel: Use a cleaning rod and a small piece of cloth to gently clean the inner barrel after each use.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior of the rifle with a clean, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris.
- Lubrication: Apply silicone oil to moving parts as needed, avoiding the hop-up bucking.
- BB Storage: Store BBs in a dry, cool place to prevent degradation.

Warranty
The Lancer Tactical Airsoft Rifle is backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty that covers all manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. To obtain warranty coverage, the warranty holder must (i) provide proof of original purchase, and (ii) the defective device must be safely and securely packaged and shipped before the expiration of the warranty period to the seller in accordance with instructions provided with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The seller shall have the sole authority to determine if a claim is covered by this limited warranty. Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship. Our warranty excludes batteries, chargers and accessories and does not cover damages caused by the user. Examples include, but not limited to, opening up your gearbox, normal wear and tear, disassembling your rifle or modifications, dropping or damage caused during play as well as any attempted repairs made to the item. Removing the orange tip WILL VOID your warranty.
