1. Product Overview

The ATUVOS Air Tag Smart Card Pro is a slim, rechargeable item tracker designed for both iOS and Android devices. It integrates with Apple's Find My network and Google's Find Hub, allowing you to locate your belongings with ease. Its compact design makes it ideal for wallets, luggage, and other personal items.

2. Setup and Pairing

The ATUVOS Air Tag Smart Card Pro supports dual-system compatibility, allowing it to be paired with either an iOS device (via the Apple Find My app) or an Android device (via the Google Find Hub). Note: It can only be connected to one system at a time. Huawei HarmonyOS is not supported.

2.1 Initial Device Reset

Before pairing, ensure the device is reset. In the power-on state, long press the button on the card. After 3 seconds, you will hear a short "beep" sound. Continue holding for 10 seconds until you hear a long "beep" sound. Release the button. Two short beeps will confirm a successful reset.

2.2 Pairing with Apple Find My App (iOS)

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.
  2. Open the Find My app.
  3. Tap the Items tab at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap + (Add Item) and then select Other Supported Item.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro.
  6. Name your item and choose an emoji to represent it.
  7. Agree to the terms and tap Finish.

2.3 Pairing with Google Find Hub (Android)

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android device.
  2. Open the Google Find Hub app.
  3. The app should detect the ATUVOS Smart Card Pro. Tap Connect when prompted.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

2.4 Switching Between Systems

To switch the ATUVOS Smart Card Pro from an iOS device to an Android device, or vice versa, you must first unpair it from the currently connected phone. After unpairing, perform a device reset (as described in section 2.1) and then follow the pairing instructions for the new operating system.

3. Operating Your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro

3.1 Finding Items Nearby

When your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro is within Bluetooth range (up to 200 feet without obstacles), you can use the connected app to make it emit a loud sound (80-100 decibels) to help you locate it. Simply tap the "Play Sound" button in the Apple Find My app or Google Find Hub. You can also ask Siri for assistance if using an iOS device.

3.2 Finding Items Far Away (Global Tracking)

If your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro is out of Bluetooth range, the Apple Find My network or Google Find Hub network can help you locate it. These networks leverage hundreds of millions of iOS or Android devices globally to anonymously detect your tracker's location and report it to you. This feature does not require any monthly or annual subscription fees.

3.3 Current Location and Navigation

When the tracker is beyond Bluetooth range, the app will display its last known location on a map. You can then use the app's navigation feature to guide you to the vicinity of your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro.

3.4 Left Behind Remind and Lost Mode

  • Left Behind Remind (iOS only): The Apple Find My app can send instant alerts to your iOS device if you leave your belongings behind. (Note: This feature is not yet available for Google systems.)
  • Lost Mode: If your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro is lost, activate Lost Mode in either the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My app. You will receive an automatic notification when the tracker is detected by another device in the network.

3.5 Privacy Protection

For user privacy, both the Google Find Hub and Apple Find My app networks are encrypted and anonymous. Location data and history are not stored on the ATUVOS Smart Card Pro itself, ensuring your information remains private.

3.6 Sharing Items

For Android devices and iOS 17 or later, you can share access to your ATUVOS Smart Card Pro with up to 5 participants in the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My app. This allows trusted contacts to view the item's location on the map. Ensure your iOS device is updated to iOS 17 for this feature.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Charging

The ATUVOS Smart Card Pro features wireless charging and provides up to 6 months of use on a single full charge. Simply place it on any Qi-certified magnetic charger. A blinking green light indicates charging, and a solid green light indicates a full charge. Low-battery alerts will notify you when charging is needed. Note: A charger is not included with the product.

4.2 Water Resistance

  • Device not pairing: Ensure the device is fully charged and you have performed a reset as described in section 2.1. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are following the correct pairing steps for your operating system.
  • Cannot switch between iOS and Android: Remember to unpair the device from the current phone and perform a reset before attempting to pair with a new operating system.
  • No UWB function: The ATUVOS Smart Card Pro does not include Ultra-Wideband (UWB) functionality for precision finding. Location is determined via Bluetooth and network triangulation.
  • Left Behind Remind not working on Android: This feature is currently only available for iOS devices via the Apple Find My app. Google systems have not yet implemented this functionality.
  • Huawei HarmonyOS incompatibility: The ATUVOS Smart Card Pro is not compatible with Huawei HarmonyOS.
