4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Secretlab Magnus Pro XL requires two individuals due to the weight and size of the components. Follow the provided assembly instructions carefully.

4.1. Initial Preparation

• Clear a spacious area for assembly.
• Unpack all components and verify against the package contents list.
• Ensure you have the necessary tools (not included).

4.2. Attaching the Legs and Frame

Carefully attach the desk legs to the desktop frame. The integrated power supply column is part of one of the desk legs. Ensure all connections are secure.

4.3. Installing the MAGPAD Desk Mat

The MAGPAD Desk Mat features a full-coverage magnetic bottom for secure placement. Align the mat carefully with the desktop surface and gently lay it down. Ensure it is flat and free of bulges for optimal appearance and functionality.

4.4. Cable Management Tray Setup

The full-length cable management tray is located at the rear of the desk. It features a hinged cover for easy access. Route all power cables, display cords, and other peripherals through this tray to maintain a tidy workspace. The integrated power supply column allows for a single cable to power the desk and connected devices.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Electric Height Adjustment

The desk features precision electric height adjustment. Use the integrated backlit control panel to adjust the desk height from 650mm (25.6 inches) to 1,250mm (49.2 inches). The control panel includes three custom height presets for quick transitions between preferred sitting and standing positions.

5.2. Magnetic Desktop Surface and Accessories

The entire desktop surface is magnetic, allowing for compatibility with modular magnetic accessories. This includes magnetic cable anchors, headphone hangers, and other organizational tools designed for the Secretlab MAGNUS ecosystem. Simply place the magnetic accessories on the desk surface for secure attachment.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the desk surface and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the desk is unplugged before cleaning.
• Cable Management: Periodically check the cable management tray to ensure cables are neatly organized and not pinched.
• Magnetic Mat: If the MAGPAD Desk Mat shifts or bulges, carefully re-align it to ensure a flat surface.

• MAGPAD Desk Mat Bulging:
