3. Setup

Follow these steps to quickly pair your ExtreLife Keychain with your Apple device:

1. Press the power button: Press and hold the power button on the keychain until you hear a chime, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
2. Open Find My app: On your iPhone or iPad, ensure Bluetooth and Two-Factor Authentication are enabled. Open the 'Find My' app.
3. Add Item: Navigate to the 'Items' tab and tap the '+' icon. Select 'Add Other Supported Item'.
4. Connect: The app will detect the 'ExtreLife Key Finder'. Tap 'Connect' and follow the on-screen prompts to link it to your Apple ID.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Finding Your Items (Loud Speaker)

If you cannot locate your keychain nearby, open the Find My app on your iPhone or iPad. Select your ExtreLife Keychain from the 'Items' list and tap the 'Play Sound' button. The keychain will emit a loud sound (up to 100dB) within Bluetooth range (approximately 50m/160ft), helping you pinpoint its location even if it's hidden.

4.2 Left-Behind Alerts

To prevent leaving your valuables behind, enable 'Notify When Left Behind' in the Find My app settings for your keychain. You will receive an instant notification on your Apple device if you move out of range from your keychain, allowing you to retrieve it before it's too late.

4.3 Lost Mode

If your keychain is lost, you can activate 'Lost Mode' in the Find My app. This allows you to display a custom message and contact information to anyone who finds your item. You will also receive a notification when your item is located by another Apple device on the Find My network.
