1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using your Aeitto Blender & Grinder Combo. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A tamper may be used only when the main lid is in place through the lid opening.
• Blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care during assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.
• Do not blend hot liquids in the grinding cup. When blending hot liquids in the main blending jar, use caution as steam can build up and cause burns. Never fill the jar above the maximum hot liquid line.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Ensure the lid is securely locked before operating the blender.
• This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.

3. Setup

1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
2. Wash the blending jar, grinding cup, lids, and tamper with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
4. Ensure the power switch on the motor base is in the 'OFF' position before plugging into a power outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 General Operation

The control panel features an ON/OFF switch, a variable speed dial (MIN to MAX), a PULSE switch, and four intelligent preset programs.

4.2 Blending (68oz Jar)

1. Place the 68oz blending jar onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
2. Add ingredients to the jar. For best results, add liquids first, followed by soft ingredients, then hard ingredients, and finally frozen items or ice. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
3. Place the lid securely onto the jar and ensure the removable plug is inserted.
4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
5. Using Preset Programs: Turn the speed dial to the desired preset program (e.g., SMOOTHIES, ICE CRUSH, WARM PUREES, GRAINS). The blender will automatically run through a pre-programmed cycle.
6. Using Manual Speed Control: Turn the speed dial to the 'MIN' position, then switch the ON/OFF lever to 'ON'. Gradually increase the speed by turning the dial towards 'MAX' until desired consistency is reached.
7. Using the PULSE Function: For short bursts of power, switch the ON/OFF lever to 'ON', then press and hold the 'PULSE' switch. Release to stop.
8. If ingredients get stuck, use the tamper through the lid opening while the blender is running to push them towards the blades.
9. Once blending is complete, switch the ON/OFF lever to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

4.3 Grinding (28oz Grinding Cup)

1. Ensure the motor base is unplugged.
2. Add dry ingredients (e.g., coffee beans, nuts, spices) to the 28oz grinding cup. Do not overfill.
3. Securely attach the grinding cup onto the motor base.
4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
5. Turn the speed dial to the 'GRAINS' preset or use manual speed control at a medium to high setting.
6. Operate until desired fineness is achieved.
7. Switch the ON/OFF lever to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

5.1 Auto Cleaning Function

The blender features an auto-cleaning function for convenience.

1. After use, add half warm water and a few drops of dishwashing soap to the blending jar.
2. Secure the lid.
3. Turn the speed dial to a medium setting and run for 30 to 60 seconds.
4. Rinse the jar thoroughly with clean water.

5.2 Dishwasher Safe Components

All parts of the blender, except the motor base, are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.

5.3 Manual Cleaning

• Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
• For stubborn residue on blades, use a brush with warm, soapy water. Exercise extreme caution due to sharp blades.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
