Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and hygiene.
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
- For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with a mild soap solution if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, aerosols, or abrasive cleaners.
2. Storage
Store your earbuds properly to ensure longevity.
- Always store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use.
- Keep the device in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
3. Water Resistance (IP7)
The Nerunsa D60 earbuds are IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in rainy conditions.

Note:
- The charging case is not waterproof.
- Water resistance may decrease over time with normal use.
- Do not charge wet earbuds. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them in the charging case.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Earbuds not pairing with device | Ensure earbuds are charged. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget "D60" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair. |
| Only one earbud working | Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open and remove them again to re-sync. If issue persists, try resetting. |
| No sound or low volume | Check device volume and earbud volume. Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Clean any debris from earbud speakers. |
| Charging case not charging | Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter. |
Resetting the Earbuds
If you experience persistent connection issues, a factory reset may resolve the problem:
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- With the lid open, press and hold the reset button (if available, otherwise consult specific product instructions for reset method) on the charging case for approximately 10-15 seconds until the indicator lights flash.
- Remove the earbuds and attempt to re-pair them with your device.
