4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble and set up your VEVOR Fluid Bike Trainer:

  1. Unfold the Trainer Frame: Carefully unfold the carbon steel frame until it forms a stable triangular support structure. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.
  2. Install the Fluid Resistance Unit: Attach the fluid resistance unit to the designated bracket on the trainer frame. Secure it using the provided screws and L-shaped cross wrench.
  3. Prepare Your Bicycle: Replace your bike's rear wheel skewer with the provided quick-release skewer (either standard or extended, depending on your bike's axle width).
  4. Mount the Bicycle: Place your bike onto the trainer, aligning the quick-release skewer with the trainer's axle clamps. Tighten the clamps securely using the quick-release levers until the bike is firmly held in place.
  5. Adjust Resistance Roller: Adjust the resistance roller so it makes firm contact with your bike's rear tire. There should be enough pressure to prevent slippage during pedaling, but not so much that it causes excessive tire wear.
  6. Position Front Wheel Riser Block: Place the front wheel riser block under your bike's front wheel to level the bike and provide stability.

5. Operating Instructions

Once your bike is securely mounted, you can begin your indoor cycling session:

  • Progressive Resistance: The VEVOR Fluid Bike Trainer automatically adjusts resistance based on your pedaling speed. Pedal faster for increased resistance, simulating climbs and sprints. Slower pedaling provides lighter resistance for warm-ups or recovery. No manual adjustment is needed during your ride.
  • Quiet Operation: The integrated low-noise motor and fluid resistance unit are designed to minimize operational sound, providing a quieter indoor training experience.
  • Stability: The heavy-duty carbon steel frame and non-slip foot pads ensure a stable riding platform, even during intense workouts. The front wheel riser block further enhances stability and levels your bike.
