1. Introduction

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom or side of the camcorder.
  2. Insert a rechargeable battery, ensuring the contacts align correctly.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2 SD Card Insertion

  1. Locate the SD card slot, usually near the battery compartment.
  2. Insert a compatible Micro SD card (up to 256GB, not included) into the slot until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, gently press the card until it springs out.

3.3 Attaching Accessories

  • External Microphone: Slide the microphone onto the hot shoe mount on top of the camcorder and connect the audio cable to the microphone port.
  • Handheld Stabilizer: Attach the foldable handheld stabilizer to the bottom tripod mount of the camcorder. Adjust its position for comfortable and stable grip.
  • Lens Hood: Screw the lens hood onto the front of the camcorder lens to reduce glare and protect the lens.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1 Power On/Off

Open the 3-inch IPS touch screen to power on the camcorder. Close the screen to power off. Alternatively, use the 'POWER/DOWN' button for manual control.

4.2 Basic Controls and Touch Screen

Navigate menus and settings using the 3-inch IPS touch screen or the physical buttons (MENU/WIFI, OK, UP, DOWN). The screen rotates 270 degrees for versatile shooting angles, including selfies.

4.3 Video Recording

  • Resolution: Records videos up to 5K (30FPS), 4K (30FPS), 2.7K (30FPS), 1080P (60FPS/30FPS), and 720P (60FPS/30FPS). Select your desired resolution in the settings menu.
  • Image Stabilization: Activate the anti-shake function for smoother video recording, especially when moving.
  • Pause Function: During recording, press the 'PHOTO' button to pause and resume video capture, creating a single continuous file.
  • Digital Zoom: Utilize the 16X digital zoom for closer shots.

4.4 Photo Capture

  • Resolution: Capture high-resolution 48MP photos. Adjust photo resolution in the settings.
  • Continuous Shooting: Take multiple photos in quick succession.
  • Self-Timer: Set a delay before taking a photo (e.g., 2s, 5s, 10s).
