Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and smooth tracking, regular cleaning of the trackball is recommended.
Cleaning the Trackball
- Turn off the mouse power using the switch on the bottom.
- Firmly grip the trackball with your thumb and index finger and slowly pull it out of its housing. Handle with care to avoid dropping or scratching the surface.
- Gently clean the ball housing with a cleaning cloth. For stubborn stains, use a slightly damp cotton swab. Avoid getting moisture inside the mouse.
- Wipe the removed trackball clean with a dry cleaning cloth.
- Put the cleaned trackball back into its original position in the mouse.

Notes:
- For optimal performance, please clean the trackball weekly.
- Do not use alcohol or harsh detergents, as they may damage the ball surface. If a mild detergent is used, rinse thoroughly with water and allow the ball to dry completely in a well-ventilated area.
- If the ball still does not roll smoothly after cleaning, apply a small amount of hand cream evenly over the entire surface using a soft cloth. Wipe off any excess afterward.
- Take care during cleaning to avoid damaging the optical sensor.
