- Avoid completely draining the battery or leaving it uncharged for very long periods.
- Use only the provided Type-C charging cable or a certified equivalent.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Connection Issues
- Controller not pairing: Ensure the controller is in the correct mode for your device (e.g., NS mode for Switch). Long-press the pairing button until the indicator flashes rapidly. Check your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Interference: If experiencing connection drops, try moving closer to your device or away from other 2.4GHz wireless devices (like Wi-Fi routers) to minimize interference.
- Firmware: Always ensure your controller has the latest firmware update. Visit the GuliKit official website for updates.
7.2. Button/Joystick Unresponsiveness
- Re-calibration: If joysticks or buttons are not responding correctly, try recalibrating them through the controller's settings or your device's controller calibration utility.
- Physical Obstruction: Check for any debris or foreign objects obstructing the buttons or joysticks.
- Battery Level: Ensure the controller has sufficient battery charge. Low battery can affect performance.
7.3. Drift Issues
- The GuliKit TT Max uses TMR magnetic sensor joysticks designed to prevent drift. If you experience any unintended input, ensure the controller's firmware is up to date.
- Perform a joystick calibration if available in your device's settings or the controller's utility software.
