2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. This fan is designed for flush mount installation.
4.1 Product Dimensions and Overview
Refer to the diagram below for an overview of the fan's dimensions and key components.

4.2 Mounting the Fan
- Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box. Ensure the junction box is rated for ceiling fan support.
- Carefully lift the fan motor assembly and attach it to the mounting bracket.
- Connect the electrical wires according to the wiring diagram provided in the separate wiring guide (if applicable) or the fan's internal instructions. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach the fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws.
- Install the light kit to the bottom of the fan motor housing.
- Restore power at the circuit breaker.
5. Operating Instructions
Your BYKISTOK 8966 ceiling fan is controlled by the included remote control. Ensure batteries are installed correctly in the remote.
5.1 Remote Control Functions

- Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the fan and light on or off.
- Fan Speed: Use buttons 1-6 to select desired fan speed. Speed 1 is the lowest, Speed 6 is the highest.
- Light On/Off: Press the light button to toggle the light.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the brightness +/- buttons to dim or brighten the LED light from 10% to 100%.
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Use the color temperature +/- buttons to cycle through warm light (3000K), natural light (4500K), and cool light (6000K).
- Fan Direction (Reversible Motor): Press the F/R button to change the fan's rotation direction. This allows for summer (downward airflow) and winter (upward airflow) modes.
- Timer: Press the "2H" button to set a 2-hour timer for the fan to automatically turn off.
- Remote Pairing: If the remote does not control the fan, ensure the fan is powered on, then press and hold the "Fan Off" button on the remote for 3-5 seconds to pair it with the fan.
