5.1. Using the Jump Starter (GP4000 & A7)
Follow these steps to jump-start a vehicle with a dead battery:

- Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's dead battery.
- Connect the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's dead battery.

- Start the vehicle's engine. If it doesn't start immediately, wait a few minutes and try again. Do not crank for more than 3 seconds per attempt.
