2. Safety Instructions

To prevent injury or damage, always observe the following safety precautions:

  • Electrical Connection: This appliance requires a 220V electrical supply. Ensure proper wiring and grounding by a qualified electrician.
  • Overheat Protection: The cooktop is equipped with an overheat protection device that automatically shuts off the heating elements if temperatures become excessively high.
  • Child Safety Lock: Activate the child safety lock to prevent accidental operation by children.
  • Hot Surface Warning: The cooktop surface remains hot after use. Avoid touching the surface until it has cooled completely.

3. Installation

4. Operating Instructions

The cooktop features independent heating zones with knob and touch controls for precise temperature management.

4.1 Powering On/Off

  1. Ensure the cooktop is properly connected to a 220V power source.
  2. Press the main power button (if available) or turn the desired burner knob to activate the heating zone.
  3. To turn off, rotate the knob to the '0' position or press the power button again.

4.3 Timer Function

5. Cookware Compatibility

The VBGK electric cooktop is compatible with various types of flat-bottomed cookware, including:

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
