ATOMSTACK A5 Pro Desktop Laser Engraver Instruction Manual

Model: AT-A5-Pro

1. Introduction

The ATOMSTACK A5 Pro is a high-performance desktop laser engraver and cutting machine designed for precision work on various materials. Featuring a 5W ultra-fine compressed spot laser, it offers exceptional engraving accuracy and cutting capabilities. Its robust all-metal frame ensures stability and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of DIY craft projects.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: This product contains a Class 4 laser. Direct exposure to the laser beam can cause severe eye damage and skin burns. Always follow safety precautions.

  • Eye Protection: Always wear the provided eye protection glasses when operating the laser engraver. The UV-filtering acrylic on the laser module blocks 97% of ultraviolet light, but additional eye protection is mandatory for direct observation.
  • Ventilation: Operate the machine in a well-ventilated area to dissipate fumes and smoke produced during engraving and cutting.
  • Fire Safety: Keep a fire extinguisher nearby. Do not leave the machine unattended during operation, especially when cutting flammable materials.
  • Material Safety: Engrave or cut only approved materials. Avoid highly reflective, transparent, or unknown materials that may cause unexpected laser reflections or hazardous fumes.
  • Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the operating area.
  • Emergency Stop: Familiarize yourself with the location and function of the emergency stop button.
