User Instruction Manual

Model: F-200-V1 | Brand: VEVOR

1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your VEVOR F-200-V1 Automatic Particle Weighing Filling Machine. This machine is designed for precise and automatic weighing and filling of various granular and powdered materials, including seasoning powder, tea leaves, grains, coffee beans, and other particles up to 10 mm in diameter. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine to ensure proper use and to prevent damage or injury.

2. Safety Instructions

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always ensure the machine is properly grounded.
  • Do not operate the machine with wet hands or in wet conditions.
  • Disconnect power before cleaning, maintenance, or when the machine is not in use.
  • Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts during operation.
  • Ensure the work area is well-lit and clear of obstructions.
  • Do not attempt to modify or repair the machine yourself. Contact qualified personnel for service.
  • Use only materials suitable for the machine's specifications (particles up to 10 mm).
  • Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the machine during operation.

3. Product Components

The VEVOR F-200-V1 machine is constructed from durable stainless steel, with key components made from food-grade 304 material for safety and longevity. Below are the main components:

  • Hopper: The top container where materials are loaded.
  • Vibrating Tray: Located beneath the hopper, it uses dual-stage vibration to accurately feed material.
  • Weighing Hopper: Measures the precise amount of material.
  • Discharge Port: Where the weighed material exits the machine. Features intelligent infrared sensing.
  • Control Panel: Digital interface for setting parameters and controlling operation.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level surface in a clean, dry environment.
  3. Remove Bottom Screws: Before initial use, locate and remove the protective screws at the bottom of the machine. Failure to do so will prevent proper operation.

  1. Power On: Press the power button (Start) on the control panel to turn on the machine.
  2. Load Material: Pour the material to be filled into the hopper. Ensure the material is within the specified particle size (up to 10 mm).
  3. Set Preset Weight: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the desired filling weight (in grams) on the "Preset Weight" display. The machine can fill from 1g to 200g with an accuracy of ±2g.
  4. Select Filling Speed: Choose the appropriate filling speed (Fast, Medium, Slow) based on the material type and desired accuracy. Finer powders or smaller particles may benefit from slower speeds for better accuracy.
  5. Start Filling: Press the Start button to begin the filling process. The machine will automatically dispense the preset weight.
  6. Infrared Sensing: The intelligent infrared sensor at the discharge port detects when a container is placed, automatically initiating the dispense cycle without needing a manual switch.
  7. Monitor Progress: The "Remaining Weight" and "Packing Quantity" displays provide real-time feedback on the filling process.
  8. Stop Operation: Press the Stop button to pause or end the filling operation.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your VEVOR filling machine.

  • Daily Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the power and clean the hopper, vibrating tray, and discharge port. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the machine in water.
  • Material Residue: Ensure no material residue is left in the vibrating tray or discharge port, as this can affect accuracy and cause blockages. The dual-stage vibration helps minimize leftovers.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord for any damage. Check all connections and ensure they are secure.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, clean the machine thoroughly and store it in a dry, dust-free environment.

7. Troubleshooting

Refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions.

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Machine does not power on. No power supply; power cord damaged; power button not pressed. Check power connection and outlet; inspect power cord; press power button firmly.
Material not dispensing. Hopper empty; material jammed; bottom screws not removed; incorrect settings. Refill hopper; clear any blockages; ensure bottom screws are removed (refer to Setup); check preset weight and speed settings.
Inaccurate filling weight. Material consistency; vibration setting; machine not level; residue in weighing hopper. Adjust filling speed; ensure machine is on a level surface; clean weighing hopper; note that deviation may occur based on particle size (larger particles may have slightly more deviation).
Infrared sensor not detecting. Sensor obstructed; container not positioned correctly. Ensure sensor area is clean and clear; position container directly under the discharge port within the induction distance (2-3cm).

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact VEVOR customer support.
