Designed for individuals seeking enhanced mobility and independence, this rollator features a reinforced aluminum frame, dual adjustable height settings, 8-inch all-terrain wheels, and a comfortable padded seat with a backrest. Please read these instructions thoroughly before assembly and first use to ensure proper function and user safety.

Setup

Unboxing and Initial Assembly

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The rollator is designed for tool-free assembly. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before proceeding.

Folding and Unfolding

To unfold the rollator, push down on the folding bracket located under the seat until the frame is fully extended and locked into place. To fold, lift the seat strap with one hand, allowing the rollator to collapse to a compact 9.5-inch width.

Attaching Wheels and Handles

The front and rear wheels are inserted into their corresponding numbered slots on the frame. Secure them using the provided triangular knobs. Similarly, insert the handtubes into the upper frame and tighten them with the triangular knobs. Ensure both handle tubes are set to the same height for balanced support.

Adjusting Height

The rollator features dual adjustable height for both the handles and the seat. Adjust the handle height (32.5"–38") to ensure a slight bend in your elbows when standing upright, promoting proper posture. Adjust the seat height (20"–22") so your feet rest flat on the ground when seated. Use the adjustment pins and knobs to secure your preferred height settings.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Clean the rollator frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners. The padded seat and backrest can be wiped clean. The storage bag is detachable for easier cleaning.

Inspections

Regularly check all screws, knobs, and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Inspect the wheels for wear and tear, and ensure they rotate freely. Test the brakes periodically to confirm they engage and disengage properly. Check brake cables for any fraying or damage.

Troubleshooting

Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly

Check for debris or hair caught in the wheel axles. Clean as necessary. Ensure all wheel attachment knobs are securely tightened but not overtightened, which could restrict movement.

Brakes Not Engaging/Disengaging Properly

Inspect the brake cables for any kinks or damage. Ensure the brake pads are making proper contact with the wheels. Adjust the brake cable tension if needed (refer to Figure 8). If issues persist, contact customer support.

Rollator Feels Unstable

Verify that the rollator is fully unfolded and locked into place. Check that all height adjustment knobs for the handles and wheels are securely fastened. Ensure the handle and seat heights are set evenly on both sides.
