Introduction

Setup

1. Initial Charging and Power On

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the monitor. Connect the provided 18W Power Adapter to one of the USB-C ports on the monitor. The 8000mAh built-in battery provides approximately 3-4 hours of wireless use on a full charge.

2. Physical Setup and Positioning

The monitor includes a built-in adjustable metal stand for flexible positioning in both horizontal and vertical orientations. For alternative mounting, the monitor supports 75x75mm VESA mounts.

3. Connecting Your Devices

The monitor offers both wireless and wired connectivity options.

Wireless Connection (AirPlay & Miracast)

For true wireless mirroring or extending your screen, use AirPlay (for macOS, iOS, iPadOS) or Miracast (for Windows & Android devices). No apps or complex setup is required; simply tap and connect.

  • AirPlay: Compatible with iPhone, iPad, MacBooks, and Mac mini.
  • Miracast: Compatible with Windows laptops, PCs, Android tablets, and phones. Miracast requires Wi-Fi Direct-compatible Windows hardware.

Note: ChromeOS, Linux, and gaming consoles do not support wireless casting and require a wired connection.

Wired Connection (USB-C & Mini HDMI)

For stable performance, lower latency, or compatibility with devices that do not support wireless casting, use the wired connection options. The monitor features two USB-C 3.1 ports and one Mini HDMI port.

  • USB-C: Connect compatible laptops, PCs, and phones using a single USB-C cable for both power and video signal.
  • Mini HDMI: Connect devices like game consoles, older laptops, or PCs using the provided HDMI to Mini HDMI cable. An additional USB-C cable may be required for power.

Note: Wireless mode supports up to 1080P@60Hz; higher refresh rates or resolutions may require a wired connection.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

The monitor features a Menu/Open button and +/- buttons for navigation and adjustments. These controls allow you to access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu to modify settings such as brightness, contrast, color, and input source.

  • Menu/Open Button: Press to open the OSD menu. Press and hold to power on/off.
  • +/- Buttons: Navigate through menu options or adjust values.

2. Auto-Rotation Feature

When connected to a compatible phone or tablet, the built-in gravity sensor automatically rotates the screen orientation (horizontal or vertical) as you rotate the monitor. This feature is ideal for viewing vertical content like social media feeds or documents.

Note: Auto-rotation applies only to phones and tablets connected wirelessly. For laptops, screen orientation must be adjusted manually through the operating system settings.

3. Using the Bluetooth Keyboard

If your package includes the Bluetooth keyboard, follow these steps to connect and use it:

  1. Power On: Slide the ON/OFF switch on the keyboard to "ON".
  2. Pairing:
    • Press Fn + C until the blue light flashes to enter pairing mode.
    • On your device (laptop, phone, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Bluetooth 5.1 Keyboard" to pair.
  3. Switching Devices: The keyboard supports connecting to up to three devices. Press Fn + A for Device 1, Fn + S for Device 2, and Fn + D for Device 3 to switch between paired devices.

4. Power Bank Functionality

The monitor can provide up to 15W (5V/3A) of power to charge your phone in emergencies. Connect your phone to one of the monitor's USB-C ports using a compatible cable.

Note: This feature is not suitable for fast-charging devices that require 9V+.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Cleaning the Body: Wipe the monitor's body with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the monitor frequently. Store the monitor in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • Storage: Use the provided protective case bag when traveling or storing the monitor to prevent scratches and damage.

Troubleshooting

No Display / Black Screen:
  • Ensure the monitor is powered on and sufficiently charged.
  • Check all cable connections (USB-C, HDMI) are secure.
  • Verify the input source selected on the monitor matches your connection.
  • For wireless connections, ensure your device's AirPlay/Miracast is enabled and connected to the monitor.
  • If using a wired connection, ensure your device supports video output over the chosen port (e.g., USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode).
Wireless Connection Issues:
  • Ensure the monitor and your device are within range (up to 33ft).
  • Check for interference from other wireless devices.
  • Restart both the monitor and your source device.
  • Confirm your device's operating system and hardware support AirPlay or Miracast.
Screen Orientation Not Changing (Laptops):
  • The auto-rotation feature is primarily for phones and tablets. For laptops, you must manually adjust the display orientation in your operating system's display settings.
Brightness Resets to Low:
  • Some users have reported that brightness settings may not save after powering off. Adjust brightness via the OSD menu each time you power on if this occurs.
Washed Out Colors (HDR):
  • If colors appear washed out, especially when connected to a game console, try disabling HDR in either the monitor's OSD settings or the console's display settings.
