4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Tire Inflator Operation

  1. Power Source Selection: The inflator can be powered by the 20V Li-ion battery or the 12V DC adapter. Connect the preferred power source.
  2. Connect to Tire Valve: Securely attach the inflation hose to the tire valve stem. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.
  3. Set Desired Pressure: Use the control panel to set the target tire pressure (e.g., PSI, KPA, BAR).
  4. Start Inflation: Press the start button. The inflator will begin to fill the tire.
  5. Auto Shut-off: The inflator features an automatic shut-off system. It will stop inflating once the preset pressure is reached.
  6. Disconnect: Once inflation is complete, disconnect the hose from the tire valve.

Note: This inflator is designed for standard vehicle tires and small inflatables. It is not suitable for large truck tires or high-volume inflatables.

4.2. Power Drill Operation

  1. Select Speed: The drill features a 2-speed gearbox.
    • Low Speed (0-400 RPM): Ideal for controlled screwdriving and applications requiring higher torque.
    • High Speed (0-1400 RPM): Suitable for fast drilling.
Adjust the speed selector switch located on top of the drill.
  2. Set Torque: The drill has 25+1 clutch settings. Rotate the torque collar to the desired setting. Lower settings are for driving small screws or working with soft materials, while higher settings are for larger screws or harder materials. The '+1' setting is for drilling mode, providing maximum torque.
  3. Grip the Tool: Hold the drill firmly with both hands if necessary, ensuring a stable grip.
  4. Start Drilling/Driving: Press the trigger switch to start the drill. The speed is variable based on trigger pressure.
  5. Maintain Control: Apply steady, even pressure. Do not force the drill. Allow the tool to do the work.

5. Maintenance

General Cleaning:

Keep the tools clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down surfaces. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Battery Care:

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Do not store batteries in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge them periodically.
  • Avoid dropping or damaging battery packs.

Chuck Maintenance (Drill):

Periodically inspect the drill chuck for wear or damage. Keep the chuck jaws clean to ensure proper bit gripping. A small amount of lubricant can be applied to the chuck threads if it becomes stiff.

6. Troubleshooting

Tire Inflator:

  • Inflator not turning on: Check battery charge or 12V DC adapter connection. Ensure the power button is pressed.
  • Slow inflation or no air output: Check for kinks in the hose. Ensure the nozzle is securely attached to the tire valve. Verify the preset pressure is higher than the current tire pressure.
  • Inflator stops prematurely: The auto shut-off feature may have activated if the preset pressure was reached. Check the set pressure.

Power Drill:

  • Drill not turning on: Check battery charge. Ensure the battery is properly seated.
  • Bit slipping in chuck: Ensure the chuck is tightened securely around the bit. Inspect the bit for wear or damage.
  • Reduced power/speed: Battery may be low. Recharge the battery.
  • Overheating: Allow the tool to cool down. Avoid continuous heavy-duty use without breaks.
