3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

The NEBO Big Larry 2 requires 3x AA alkaline batteries, which are included with the product. To install or replace batteries:

1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Insert three AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
3. Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until securely tightened.

4.1 Cycling Through Light Modes

Press the power button to cycle through the following light modes:

4.2 Power Memory Recall

The Big Larry 2 is equipped with Power Memory Recall. If the light is turned off in any mode, it will automatically return to that mode the next time it is activated.

4.3 Direct-to-Red Functionality

To activate the COB Red Task Light directly, press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds from the OFF position. This feature helps preserve night vision.

4.4 Dimming Function

All light modes are fully dimmable. While a light mode is active, press and hold the power button to adjust the brightness. Release the button at the desired brightness level. The light will blink once when it reaches minimum or maximum brightness.
