1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Ganiza blender. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Always unplug the blender from the power outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. Clean with a damp cloth only.
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Ensure the blending cup is properly locked onto the motor base before operation. The blender is designed to only work when the cup is securely in place.
- Do not blend hot liquids, as pressure buildup can cause the cup to burst and result in injury.
- Do not overfill the blending cup.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the blending cup while blending to prevent injury.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- The blender features a cooling fan on the bottom for quick heat dissipation and an anti-slip base with four silicon pads to maintain stability during operation.

3. Assembly and Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your blender before use:
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Fill your chosen blending cup with ingredients. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Select the appropriate blade assembly (6-leaf for wet blending, 2-leaf for dry grinding) and screw it firmly onto the open end of the blending cup until sealed.
- Invert the assembled cup and blade, then align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the motor base.
- Press the cup down onto the motor base and twist clockwise to lock it into place. The blender will only operate when correctly locked.
4. Operating Instructions
Your Ganiza blender is designed for efficient blending and grinding. The GB08 model features a powerful 1300W motor, while the GB10 model has a 900W motor with 25000 RPM for quick processing.
4.1 Blending (Smoothies, Shakes, Ice Crushing)
Use the 6-leaf blade assembly for wet blending tasks.
- Ensure the blending cup with ingredients and 6-leaf blade assembly is securely locked onto the motor base as described in Section 3.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- To start blending, press the cup down onto the motor base and twist clockwise to engage the motor. For continuous blending, keep it twisted. For pulse blending, press down intermittently.
- Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
- To stop, rotate the cup counter-clockwise and lift it off the base.
- Unscrew the blade assembly from the cup and attach a travel lid if desired.

4.2 Grinding (Coffee Beans, Nuts, Spices)
Use the 2-leaf blade assembly and a smaller cup for dry grinding tasks.
- Place dry ingredients into the smaller blending cup.
- Screw the 2-leaf blade assembly firmly onto the cup.
- Follow steps 3-6 from Section 4.1 for operation.

5. Care and Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your blender.
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the blender before cleaning.
- Blending Cups and Lids: Wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. These parts may also be top-rack dishwasher safe (check product markings).
- Blade Assemblies: Carefully rinse the blade assemblies under running water immediately after use. Use a brush to remove any food residue. Exercise extreme caution as blades are sharp. Do not soak blade assemblies for extended periods.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
5.2 Storage
Store the blender and its accessories in a clean, dry place when not in use. Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your blender, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not start. | Not plugged in; cup not locked; motor overheated. | Ensure power cord is plugged in. Twist cup clockwise until securely locked. Unplug and let motor cool for 15-30 minutes if overheated. |
| Ingredients not blending smoothly. | Too little liquid; too many ingredients; ingredients too large. | Add more liquid. Reduce ingredient quantity. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Use pulse function. |
| Leakage from cup. | Blade assembly not tightened; cup overfilled; gasket missing/damaged. | Ensure blade assembly is tightly screwed onto the cup. Do not overfill. Check gasket for proper placement and condition. |
| Burning smell from motor. | Overheating due to prolonged use or heavy load. | Unplug immediately. Allow motor to cool down completely (at least 30 minutes). Reduce blending time and load. |
