Setup
1. Charging Your Hearing Aids
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge both the hearing aids and the charging case for 2.5 hours. The charging case features a USB-C port for convenient charging. A 15-minute fast charge provides up to 6 hours of use, with the case offering an additional 4 full charges.

2. App Download & Connection
- Download the ELEHEAR app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the charging case to initiate Bluetooth pairing.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your ELEHEAR Beyond Pro hearing aids.
3. Fitting the Hearing Aids
The Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) design is lightweight and comfortable. Multiple ear dome sizes are included to ensure a snug and secure fit. Identify the left (blue receiver) and right (red receiver) hearing aids. Place the hearing aid body near the top of your ear, and the curved receiver wire should wrap around the front of your ear. Fully insert the ear dome into your ear canal and adjust the position of the receiver wire until it sits comfortably.
