This electric convection heater is designed to provide efficient warmth for indoor spaces. It features multiple heating modes, adjustable temperature settings, and various safety mechanisms to ensure comfortable and secure operation.
2. Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, read and understand all instructions before using this heater.
- Placement: Always place the heater on a firm, level surface. Maintain a minimum distance of 3 feet (0.9 meters) from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials.
- Power Supply: Ensure the heater is plugged directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Overheat Protection: The heater is equipped with an automatic overheat protection system. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, then plug it back in. If it continues to shut off, contact customer support.
- Tip-Over Protection: The heater includes a tip-over safety switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is accidentally knocked over. Place the heater upright on a stable surface to resume operation.
- Child Lock: Activate the child lock feature to prevent unintended changes to settings by children or pets. Refer to the Operating Instructions for how to activate/deactivate.
- Materials: The heater is constructed with V0-grade flame-retardant materials for enhanced safety.
- Moisture: Do not use the heater in wet or damp locations, such as bathrooms or laundry areas.
- Obstruction: Never block air inlets or outlets. Do not insert any objects into the heater openings.
- Supervision: Always supervise children and pets when the heater is in operation.

4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Uthfy Convection Electric Heater:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heater and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage if needed.
- Placement: Place the heater on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from any walls, furniture, or flammable materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the heater directly into a standard 120V AC, 60Hz grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Caster Wheels: The heater is equipped with 360° caster wheels for easy mobility. Ensure they are securely attached and can roll freely.
- Carrying Handle: Utilize the easy-grip handle for convenient movement of the heater between rooms.

5. Operating Instructions
Your Uthfy heater can be operated using the LED touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the Power button (
) on the control panel or remote to turn the heater on or off.
5.2 Heating Modes
The heater offers three heating modes: Low (1000W), High (1500W), and Eco mode. Press the Mode button (
) to cycle through the modes.
- Low (1000W): For moderate heating.
- High (1500W): For maximum heat output and faster warming.
- Eco Mode: Automatically adjusts power consumption to maintain the set temperature, optimizing energy efficiency.
5.3 Temperature Adjustment
Use the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the desired temperature between 50°F and 95°F (10°C and 35°C). The LED display will show the current room temperature and the set temperature.
5.4 Timer Function
The 1-12 hour timer allows you to set the heater to automatically turn off after a specified duration. Press the Timer button (
) and use the Plus (+) or Minus (-) buttons to select the desired time.
5.5 Child Lock
To activate the child lock, press and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds. The control panel will lock, preventing accidental changes. Repeat the action to deactivate the child lock.
5.6 Screen-Off Option
For undisturbed sleep, the LED display can be turned off. Refer to the remote control or touch panel for the specific button to activate this feature.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your heater.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Air Inlets/Outlets: Regularly check and clean the air inlets and outlets to ensure they are free from dust and debris. A vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment can be used.
- Storage: When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
- Humidifier Box: The heater includes a humidifier box. Regularly clean and refill the humidifier box with distilled water as needed to maintain humidity levels.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Heater does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet.
- Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- Verify that the tip-over switch has not been activated (heater must be upright).
- If the overheat protection has activated, unplug the heater and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. - Heater is not producing enough heat:
- Ensure the desired temperature setting is higher than the current room temperature.
- Check if the heater is in Eco mode; switch to High (1500W) for maximum output.
- Verify that air inlets and outlets are not obstructed. - Heater makes unusual noises:
- This convection heater operates silently without a fan. If you hear unusual noises, unplug the unit immediately and contact customer support.
