4. Setup and Charging
4.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the massager and a compatible 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The LED indicator will show charging status.

A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. The 2000mAh battery provides extended use.
4.2 Adjusting the Fit
Place the massager over your eyes. Adjust the elastic strap to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. The device is designed to apply air compression to the temples and brow bone, intentionally leaving the eyeballs touch-free for safety.
5. Operating Instructions
The EYEFLOW Eye Massager features intuitive tactile buttons for easy operation even while wearing the mask.
5.1 Power On/Off
- Press and hold the Power button (O) for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
5.2 Mode Selection
The device offers various modes for customized relaxation:
- Soothing Mode: Gentle massage with specific temperature settings.
- Meditation Mode: Balanced massage and temperature for relaxation.
- Sleep Mode: Low compression and cooling for restful sleep.
Cycle through these modes by short-pressing the Mode button (usually indicated by three vertical lines or similar icon).

5.3 Temperature Control
The EYEFLOW features instant heat and cold therapy:
- Heat: Provides therapeutic warmth for migraines and eye pain.
- Cool: Delivers refreshing cold to reduce puffiness.
- Dynamic Contrast Therapy (2:1 Smart Cycle): Automatically alternates between 2 minutes of heat and 1 minute of cold.
Use the Temperature button (indicated by snowflake/waves icon) to cycle through Cool, Heat, Cycle, or Off temperature settings.
5.4 Air Pressure Control
The device offers 4 pressure levels for targeted relief on the temples and brow bone:
- Light
- Medium
- Strong
- No Compression
Adjust the pressure level using the Air Pressure button (indicated by vertical lines icon).

5.5 Soundscapes and Music
The EYEFLOW includes built-in soundscapes (Soft Rain, Ambient Piano, The Meditation) and supports Bluetooth connectivity for personal music.
- To mute built-in music, double-press the Power button.
- To connect via Bluetooth, ensure the device is on and search for 'EYEFLOW' on your smartphone or audio device.
