4. Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the water cooler from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Placement: Place the unit on a level, stable surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the back and sides. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, it is recommended to clean the water paths. Fill the water bottle compartment with a mixture of water and citric acid (as per citric acid instructions for cleaning appliances), then dispense water from all spouts until the mixture is gone. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Install Water Bottle: Open the bottom compartment door. Insert the probe into a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle. Slide the bottle into the compartment and close the door. The empty bottle alert will turn off once the bottle is correctly installed and water fills the internal tanks.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Initial Water Flow: Before turning on heating or cooling, dispense at least 1 liter of water from each spout (hot, cold, room temperature) to ensure all air is purged from the system. This prevents dry heating of the hot tank.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview

- Making Ice Indicator: Lights up when ice is being made.

5.2 Dispensing Water
- Cold Water: Place your cup under the cold water spout and press the cold water button/paddle.
- Room Temperature Water: Place your cup under the room temperature water spout and press the room temperature water button/paddle.

To dispense hot water, first press and hold the Child Lock button, then press the hot water button/paddle. Release both to stop dispensing.
5.3 Ice Making
- The unit automatically makes bullet-shaped ice.
- When the ice bin is full (approximately 0.88 lbs), the machine will emit 3 beeps.
- To dispense ice, place your cup under the ice dispensing paddle and press.
5.4 ECO Mode
- To activate ECO mode, press the energy saving button. The ECO indicator light will turn on. In this mode, the machine will stop heating water at night to save energy.
- To deactivate ECO mode, press and hold the ECO button for 3 seconds.
5.5 Nightlight Feature

6. Maintenance
6.1 Self-Cleaning Function

The self-cleaning function helps maintain hygiene within the water tanks. To activate:
- Ensure a water bottle is installed.
- Press and hold the ice-making button for 3 seconds.
- The ice indicator will blink, and the power light will stay on, indicating the 10-minute cleaning cycle has started.
- The UV lamp in the cold water tank will operate during this cycle and whenever the machine is plugged in.

6.2 Regular Cleaning
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Drip Tray: Regularly remove and empty the drip tray. Wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
- Condenser Coils: Periodically clean the condenser coils at the back of the unit with a brush or vacuum cleaner to ensure efficient operation. Unplug the unit before cleaning.
