Setup
- Battery Installation:
Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the scale. Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

- Placement:

Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off:
Press the [⑂] button to turn the scale on. The display will show "88888" and then "0.0g". To turn the scale off, press and hold the [⑂] button for a few seconds, or it will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity.
- Unit Conversion:
With the scale on, press the [M] button to cycle through the available weighing units: grams (g), ounces (oz), grains (gn), carats (ct), pennyweights (dwt), and troy ounces (ozt). Select the desired unit before weighing.

- Tare Function:
The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so only the contents are weighed.
- Turn on the scale.
- Place an empty container (e.g., the included tray) on the weighing platform.
- Press the [T] button. The display will reset to "0.0g".
- Add the item(s) to be weighed into the container. The display will show only the net weight of the item(s).

- Weighing Procedure:
After setting up the scale and selecting the desired unit (and taring if using a container), gently place the item(s) to be weighed onto the center of the weighing platform. Wait for the display to stabilize, and then read the weight. Avoid dropping items onto the scale or applying excessive force.
