4. Product Overview

- Clean Water Tank: Holds water and cleaning solution. Capacity: 0.5 Liters.
- Dirty Water Tank: Collects extracted dirty water. Capacity: 0.43 Liters.

5. Setup
5.1 Filling the Clean Water Tank
- Remove the clean water tank from the back of the unit by lifting it straight up.
- Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the tank.
- Fill the tank with warm tap water (max 60°C/140°F) to the indicated water fill line.
- Add the BISSELL Spot & Stain Oxy Cleaning Solution to the indicated formula fill line. Do not overfill.
- Replace the cap and tighten securely.
- Place the clean water tank back onto the unit, ensuring it is seated firmly.
5.2 Attaching the Cleaning Tool
- Select the desired cleaning tool (e.g., 10cm Stain Brush or Multi-Surface Nozzle).
- Attach the tool firmly to the end of the flexible hose until it clicks into place.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Preparing the Area
- Vacuum the area to be cleaned to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Test a small, inconspicuous area for colorfastness before cleaning. If color is affected, do not use.
6.2 Spot and Stain Cleaning
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn on the unit using the power switch.
- Hold the cleaning tool approximately 1 inch above the stained surface.
- Press the spray trigger to apply cleaning solution to the stain.
- Gently scrub the stain with the brush on the cleaning tool.
- Release the spray trigger and apply downward pressure on the tool while pulling it slowly over the stained area to suction up the dirty solution.
- Repeat steps 4-6 until the stain is removed and no more dirty solution is being extracted.
- For best results, finish by suctioning excess moisture from the cleaned area.

6.3 Cleaning Different Surfaces
- Upholstery: Use the multi-surface nozzle for delicate fabrics. Do not over-wet upholstery.
- Carpets: The 10cm stain brush is effective for general carpet stains.
- Car Interiors: The compact size and long power cord make it suitable for cleaning car seats and carpets.
- Pet Stains: The powerful suction is effective for removing pet-related stains like muddy paw prints, urine, and vomit.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Emptying and Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
Empty the dirty water tank after each use or when the dirty water reaches the 'FULL' line.
- Turn off the unit and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Remove the dirty water tank by lifting it straight up from the front of the unit.
- Carefully carry the tank to a sink or drain.
- Pour out the dirty water.
- Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the tank to air dry before replacing it on the unit.
7.2 Cleaning the Flexible Hose with HydroRinse Tool
Use the HydroRinse self-cleaning tool to flush out the hose after each use to prevent odors and blockages.
- Ensure the clean water tank has some clean water (no solution needed for hose rinse).
- Attach the HydroRinse tool to the end of the flexible hose.
- Place the HydroRinse tool into the designated holder on the unit.
- Turn on the unit.
- Press the spray trigger on the HydroRinse tool for 10-15 seconds to flush water through the hose.
- Release the trigger and allow the suction to clear any remaining water from the hose.
- Turn off the unit and detach the HydroRinse tool.
7.3 Cleaning Tools and Storage
- Rinse all cleaning tools under running water after each use.
- Allow tools to air dry completely before storing.
- Store the SpotClean Mini in a dry, protected area. The compact design allows for easy storage in cupboards or small spaces.
