1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode:

• Lag or input delay in wireless mode:
  • Ensure the keyboard is close to the receiver/device.
  • Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
  • For critical gaming, use the wired USB-C connection for optimal 8K polling rate performance.
• RGB lighting not working:
  • Check if the lighting is turned off or set to minimum brightness using function keys.
  • Use the driver software to adjust lighting settings.
• Specific keys not working:
  • If you have hot-swapped switches, ensure the switch is properly seated and its pins are not bent.
  • Try replacing the faulty switch with a spare one if available.
