6. Troubleshooting
- No Data on Display:
- Ensure both the display console and outdoor sensor have power (check batteries/power adapter).
- Verify the outdoor sensor is within the 150m wireless range and free from major obstructions.
- Try re-synchronizing the sensor by restarting both units.
- Inaccurate Readings:
- Check the outdoor sensor for any physical obstructions (e.g., leaves in the rain gauge, spiderwebs on wind cups).
- Ensure the sensor is mounted level and in an open area.
- Compare readings with a known reliable source if possible.
- DCF Clock Not Synchronizing:
- Ensure the display console is placed away from electronic interference.
- Try moving the console to a window or an area with better signal reception.
- Synchronization can take several minutes, especially after initial setup or power loss.
- PC Software Connection Issues:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected between the console and the PC.
- Verify that the PC software is correctly installed and running.
- Check your PC's device manager for any driver issues related to the weather station.
