Setup
Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the steamer is unplugged from the power outlet before handling.
- Press the button located at the bottom of the handle to release the 120ml water tank.
- Remove the tank and fill it with distilled water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line to prevent leakage.
- Reinsert the water tank firmly into the steamer until you hear a click, ensuring it is securely in place.
Operating Instructions
Powering On and Heating Up
- Plug the steamer into a suitable 110-240V AC, 50Hz/60Hz power outlet.
- Switch the steamer to the "ON" position. The indicator light will begin to cycle, indicating it is heating.
- Allow approximately 30 seconds for the steamer to heat up. The indicator light will stabilize when the appliance is ready for use.
Selecting a Mode
The steamer offers three professional modes to suit various fabric types:
- Dry Mode: For traditional dry ironing without steam.
- Low Steam Mode: Ideal for delicate fabrics such as silk, chiffon, and synthetics.
- High Steam Mode: Suitable for heavier and more resilient fabrics like cotton, linen, and denim.
Press the mode button to cycle through Dry, Low Steam, and High Steam settings until your desired mode is selected.
Steaming Garments
- Hang the garment on a hanger to allow for easy access to all areas.
- Hold the steamer upright, ensuring the steam head is facing away from your body and hands.
- Gently glide the steam head over the fabric, moving in a downward motion from top to bottom.
- For more stubborn wrinkles, use your free hand to slightly stretch the fabric taut while steaming.
Dry Ironing
- Ensure the steamer is set to Dry Mode.
- Place the garment on a flat, heat-resistant surface, such as an ironing board or the provided silicone pad.
- Press the soleplate firmly against the fabric and move it back and forth, similar to using a traditional iron.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Steamer
- Always unplug the steamer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- To prevent mineral buildup, regularly empty any remaining water from the tank after each use.
- If mineral deposits accumulate on the soleplate, gently wipe it with a cloth dampened with a mild vinegar solution, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue.
Storage
Store the steamer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the water tank is completely empty before storing the appliance for extended periods.
