Step 3.6: Install Anti-Tipping Kit

For added safety, secure the cabinet to a wall using the provided anti-tipping kit. This is crucial to prevent accidental tipping, especially in households with children or in areas prone to seismic activity.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Locking Doors

  • To Lock: Close both doors. Insert one of the provided keys into the lock cylinder on the handle and turn it clockwise until the 3-point locking mechanism engages. Remove the key.
  • To Unlock: Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn it counter-clockwise. The doors will release, allowing them to be opened.

4.2 Adjusting Shelf Height

The cabinet features four adjustable shelves. To change a shelf's height:

  1. Empty the shelf completely.
  2. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the shelf clips from their current slots.
  3. Reinsert the shelf clips into the desired new slots, ensuring they are level on both sides.
  4. Place the shelf back onto the clips, ensuring it is securely seated.

4.3 Moving the Cabinet

The cabinet is equipped with 360° swivel casters for easy mobility.

  • To Move: Ensure the two locking casters are disengaged (unlocked). Carefully push the cabinet to its new location.
  • To Secure: Once in the desired position, engage the locks on the two front casters to prevent the cabinet from rolling.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your INTERGREAT storage cabinet.

  • Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the powder-coated finish. Dry thoroughly.
  • Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity.
  • Casters: Keep casters free of debris. If movement becomes stiff, a small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to the swivel and axle points.
  • Locking Mechanism: If the lock becomes stiff, apply a small amount of graphite lubricant to the keyhole. Do not use oil-based lubricants.

  • Doors Not Aligning/Closing Properly:
    - Check that the cabinet is on a level surface. Adjust the casters or place shims if necessary.
    - Inspect hinges for damage or loose screws. Tighten or adjust as needed.
