3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Circooter Mate Electric Scooter.
- Unfold the Scooter: Carefully lift the scooter from its packaging. Locate the folding mechanism on the stem. Unscrew the dial, pull the pin, and raise the handlebar stem until it locks into place. Secure the dial.

- Attach Handlebars: Insert the handlebars into the stem and secure them using the provided hex wrenches. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.
- Connect Front Light Cables: Locate the two yellow-tipped cables near the front wheel. Connect them securely.
- Install Rear Fender and Turn Signals: If not pre-installed, attach the rear fender using the provided screws. Connect the rear turn signals to their respective cables and secure them to the rear of the scooter.
- Charge the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the scooter's 48V 12.5Ah battery. Plug the charger into a power outlet and then into one of the two charging ports on the scooter. The charging time is approximately 7 hours.

4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the scooter's controls and riding modes.
- Power On/Off: Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position. Press and hold the power button on the handlebar control pad to turn the scooter on or off.
- Riding Modes: The scooter offers 3 riding modes:
- Gear 1 (ECO): Up to 10 MPH for energy efficiency.
- Gear 2 (STD): Up to 18 MPH for standard riding.
- Gear 3 (TURBO): Up to 28 MPH for maximum speed.
- Acceleration: Use the thumb throttle on the right handlebar to accelerate. The scooter may require a push-start depending on the "Start Mode" setting in the app.
- Braking: The scooter is equipped with dual disc brakes and an Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS). Use the handbrakes on both handlebars for effective stopping. Regenerative braking is also integrated.
- Lighting System: The scooter features a 360° lighting system including a bright headlight, dual side moonlights, front and rear turn signals, and a brake light. Activate the headlight via the control pad.

- Smart APP Connectivity: Download the dedicated app to connect to your scooter via Bluetooth. The app allows you to:
- Lock/Unlock the scooter.
- Control headlights.
- Activate/deactivate cruise control.
- Adjust start mode (zero-start or push-start).
- View riding data (mileage, speed, battery).

- Charge the battery fully after each use.

- Tire Maintenance: The 10-inch solid off-road tires require minimal maintenance as they are puncture-proof. Regularly inspect them for wear and tear.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure water jets directly on electronic components.
- Brake Inspection: Regularly check the dual disc brakes for proper function and wear. Adjust as needed.
