This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your TIGUBFRE Full Bed Frame with Storage Headboard. This bed frame features a rustic grey finish, an integrated LED light strip, a built-in charging station, and multiple storage options including two hidden headboard drawers and two large under-bed drawers. The design incorporates metal slats for sturdy, noise-free support, eliminating the need for a box spring. 1. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the TIGUBFRE Full Bed Frame is designed to be straightforward, utilizing a modular design with clear steps. For optimal safety and efficiency, assembly by two people is recommended. All necessary tools and detailed instructions are included in the package.

1.1 Unpacking and Component Identification

Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify that all parts listed in the included parts list are present before proceeding.

1.2 Frame Assembly

Begin by assembling the main metal frame. Ensure all connections are secure. The frame is constructed with heavy-duty metal and includes support legs in the middle for enhanced stability.

1.3 Headboard and Storage Installation

Attach the rustic wood headboard to the assembled frame. The headboard features open shelving, two hidden drawers, and a built-in charging station. Connect the charging station power cable to a wall outlet after the bed is fully assembled.

1.4 Under-Bed Drawer Placement

Insert the two large under-bed drawers into their designated positions. These drawers are equipped with bottom pulleys for smooth movement and limiting plates to keep them securely in place under the bed frame.

1.5 Mattress Placement

Once the frame is fully assembled, place your full-size mattress (54" x 75") directly onto the metal slats. A mattress thickness of 6-10 inches is recommended. No box spring is required.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 LED Headboard Lighting

The headboard features an integrated LED light strip. Use the provided remote control or a compatible app to adjust lighting effects, colors, and brightness. A timer function is also available to automatically turn off the lights.

2.2 Built-in Charging Station

The headboard includes a charging station with 2 AC outlets, 2 USB ports, and 1 Type-C port. Simply plug your devices into the appropriate ports for convenient charging. Ensure the bed frame's power cord is connected to a functional wall outlet.

2.3 Storage Drawers

Utilize the two hidden drawers within the headboard for small personal items. These drawers can also be removed to create open shelving. The two large under-bed drawers provide ample space for bedding, clothing, or other items, rolling out smoothly on their pulleys.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning

To clean the bed frame, wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish. For the metal components, a dry cloth is usually sufficient.

3.2 Weight Capacity

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Noise from Frame

If the bed frame produces noise, first ensure all assembly bolts are securely tightened. The frame is equipped with silent EVA pads to minimize friction noise; verify these pads are correctly placed between the metal slats and the frame where contact occurs. If any pads are missing or damaged, contact customer support for replacements.

4.2 LED Lights Not Functioning

Check if the LED light strip's power cable is properly connected to the charging station and if the charging station itself is plugged into a working wall outlet. Ensure the remote control's battery is functional. If issues persist, try resetting the power by unplugging and re-plugging the unit.

4.3 Charging Station Not Providing Power

Verify that the bed frame's power cord is securely plugged into a live wall outlet. Test the outlet with another device to confirm it is working. Try different ports on the charging station. If only specific ports are not working, there may be an internal issue requiring support.

4.4 Drawers Sticking or Not Moving Smoothly
