- Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, disconnect it from power and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your OTTOCAST Cabin Care system, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Camera Display: Ensure the camera is properly powered and the power cable is securely connected. Check that the USB receiver is firmly plugged into the car's USB port.
- CarPlay Connection Issues: Verify that your iPhone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on. Ensure your car's wired CarPlay is compatible with the adapter. You can check compatibility at https://check.adaptermanual.com/AMZ/.
- Intermittent Connection: Ensure there are no obstructions between the camera, receiver, and your iPhone. Avoid placing other wireless devices too close to the system that might cause interference.
- Poor Image Quality: Check the camera lens for any smudges or dirt and clean if necessary. Ensure the camera is securely mounted and not vibrating.
