4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your EVKRUN EUA5 Treadmill for use. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

  2. Step onto the treadmill side rails, not the running belt.
  3. Press the START button. The belt will begin moving at a low speed after a short countdown.
  4. Carefully step onto the moving belt.

5.3. Adjusting Speed and Incline

  • Speed: Use the SPEED +/- buttons on the console or handrails to adjust the running speed from 0.6 to 8.7 MPH. Quick-access speed shortcut keys (2/4/5.5/7.5 mph) are also available.
  • Incline: Use the INCLINE +/- buttons on the console or handrails to adjust the incline level (15-level Electric Lifting Slope). Quick-access incline shortcut keys (3/6/9/10%) are also available. This feature simulates outdoor terrain and can boost calorie burn.

5.4. Stopping a Workout

  • Press the STOP button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill belt.
  • Alternatively, pull the safety key from the console for an emergency stop. The treadmill will immediately cease operation.
