This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your YUHANUS Door Access Control System Kit. This all-in-one kit includes a power supply controller, a 1200lbs (500KG) magnetic lock, a stainless steel keypad, a remote control set, and an exit button, designed to provide a secure and convenient door entry solution. 2. Product Components
The YUHANUS Door Access Control System Kit includes the following components:

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Wiring Diagram
Carefully follow the wiring diagram to connect all components correctly. Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.

3.2 Component Installation
- Keypad: Mount the stainless steel keypad on the exterior side of the door or gate. Its IP68 rating ensures resistance to water and dust.
- Magnetic Lock: Install the 1200lbs magnetic lock on the door frame and the armature plate on the door itself. Ensure proper alignment for maximum holding force.
- Power Supply: Connect the power supply controller to a stable AC power source (110-240V).
- Exit Button: The exit button features a detachable back box, allowing for either surface-mount or flush-mount installation on the interior side of the door.
- Remote Receiver: Connect the remote receiver module to the power supply controller as per the wiring diagram.

4. Operation
The access control system offers multiple ways to unlock the door:
- Unlock by Indoor Button: Press the exit button from the inside to momentarily release the magnetic lock.
- Unlock by PIN: Enter your programmed PIN on the keypad, followed by '#', to unlock the door.
- Unlock by IC Card: Swipe a programmed 13.56MHz IC card over the keypad to unlock the door.
- Unlock by Remote Control: Press the unlock button on the remote control to wirelessly release the magnetic lock.

5. Programming
5.1 Setting Public PIN
To set a public PIN for the keypad:
- Press *.
- Enter the default master code (usually 999999).
- Press #.
- Enter 9.
- Enter your new public PIN (4-6 digits).
- Press #.
- Re-enter your new public PIN.
- Press # to confirm.
5.2 Adding More Cards
To add additional IC cards to the system:
- Press *.
- Enter the default master code (usually 999999).
- Press #.
- Enter 1.
- Swipe the new IC card over the keypad.
- Repeat for all cards you wish to add.
- Press * to exit programming mode.
6. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your access control system, consider the following maintenance tips:
- Regular Cleaning: Wipe the keypad and magnetic lock surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- Magnetic Lock Alignment: Verify that the magnetic lock and armature plate remain properly aligned. Misalignment can reduce holding force.
- Test Functionality: Regularly test all unlock methods (PIN, card, remote, exit button) to confirm proper operation.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your access control system, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
