2. Setup Instructions
2.1 Unboxing and Components
Upon opening the package, you will find the Slim Folio Magnetic Keyboard Case, a USB Cable for charging, a Quick-start Guide, and this User Manual.

2.2 Attaching Your iPad
The keyboard case features an ultra-strong magnetic attachment. Align your iPad with the back cover of the case; the magnets will securely hold it in place. The iPad will sit directly on the base of the keyboard, providing a stable platform for typing.

2.3 Powering On/Off
The keyboard case incorporates an upgraded power-saving design. Simply open the case to automatically power on the keyboard and wake up your iPad. Close the case to turn everything off and put your iPad to sleep. There is no physical power switch.

2.4 Bluetooth Pairing
To connect the keyboard to your iPad via Bluetooth:
- Ensure your iPad's Bluetooth is enabled in its settings.
- Open the Dexnor Keyboard Case. The keyboard will automatically power on.
- On your iPad, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth.
- Look for "Dexnor Keyboard" in the "Other Devices" list and tap to connect.
- Confirm the pairing request on your iPad.
Once paired, the keyboard will automatically connect to your iPad when opened.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Typing Experience
The keyboard features perfectly spaced, responsive scissor-switch keys for comfortable and efficient typing. A full row of shortcut keys provides instant access to functions such as screen brightness, volume control, and more, enhancing productivity without interruptions.

3.2 Multi-touch Trackpad
Navigate your iPad with precision using the built-in multi-touch trackpad. It supports various multi-finger gestures for tasks like editing documents, browsing the web, and multitasking, offering a laptop-like control experience.
- Gesture Support: Includes zoom in/out, file management, web browsing, and app switching.
- Disabling the Trackpad: To prevent accidental touches during typing, press the FN + Spacebar keys simultaneously to disable the trackpad.

3.3 Backlit Keys
The keyboard features a single-color backlight with three adjustable brightness levels, allowing for effortless typing in low-light conditions. The backlight will automatically sleep after 45 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery.

3.4 Ergonomic Viewing Angle
The case provides an ergonomic 120-degree viewing angle, ensuring maximum comfort for various activities such as studying, working, or entertainment. The strong magnetic attachment maintains rock-solid stability whether on a desk or your lap.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning and Protection
The portable keyboard case protects your iPad from scratches, smudges, and daily wear and tear. To clean the case, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

4.2 Charging the Keyboard
The keyboard is equipped with a 650mAh lithium polymer battery. Use the provided USB-C cable to charge the keyboard. Connect the USB-C end to the keyboard's charging port and the other end to a suitable USB power source.
- Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
- Battery Life: Up to 720 hours standby time, 200 hours of use without backlight, and 10 hours of continuous use with the brightest backlight.

4.3 Storage
When not in use, simply fold the case closed. The magnetic clasp ensures it stays securely closed for easy carrying. The built-in pencil holder keeps your Apple Pencil (not included) safe and easily accessible.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Keyboard Not Connecting via Bluetooth
- Ensure the keyboard is powered on (open the case).
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your iPad.
- Go to iPad Settings > Bluetooth and forget "Dexnor Keyboard" if it was previously paired but is not connecting. Then, attempt to re-pair following the steps in Section 2.4.
- Ensure the keyboard battery is charged.
5.2 Trackpad Not Responding or Causing Accidental Input
- If the trackpad is unresponsive, ensure the keyboard is connected via Bluetooth.
- If the trackpad is causing accidental input during typing, press FN + Spacebar to disable it. Press FN + Spacebar again to re-enable.
5.3 Backlight Not Working
- Check the keyboard's battery level; the backlight may not function if the battery is critically low.
- The backlight automatically sleeps after 45 seconds of inactivity. Press any key to reactivate it.
5.4 iPad Not Attaching Securely
- Ensure your iPad model is compatible with the case (refer to Section 1).
- Verify that there are no obstructions or debris between the iPad and the magnetic back cover of the case.
