Maintenance

Cleaning the Feeder

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and prevents food clumping.

  1. Remove the feeder from the aquarium.
  2. Detach the food dispensing lid and empty any remaining food.
  3. Wipe the food hopper and dispensing lid with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and refilling.
  4. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive materials. Do not submerge the main unit in water.

Desiccant Replacement

The feeder includes a built-in desiccant slot to absorb moisture. Periodically check the desiccant packet and replace it if it appears saturated or ineffective. This helps keep the fish food dry and fresh.
