Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires two adults. Follow the numbered steps provided in the separate assembly diagram (if included) or the general guidelines below.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Check against the package contents list.
2. Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Secure the side rails to the headboard using the provided bolts and Allen key. Ensure a snug fit.
3. Attach Footboard: Connect the footboard to the other end of the side rails.
4. Install Hydraulic Lift Mechanism: Follow the specific instructions for installing the hydraulic pistons and frame. Ensure they are correctly oriented and securely fastened.
5. Insert Slats: Place the wooden slats into the designated slots or attach them to the frame as per the design. Ensure even spacing and secure fitting.
6. Install USB Charging Module: Insert the USB charging module into the pre-drilled hole on the headboard. Connect the power cable to a suitable power source.
7. Adjust Headboard Height (Optional): The headboard height can be adjusted to accommodate different mattress thicknesses. Refer to the image below for adjustment points.

Operating Instructions

Hydraulic Storage Mechanism

The bed features a hydraulic lift mechanism for convenient access to under-bed storage. To open:

1. Remove any heavy items from the mattress surface.
2. Grasp the handle or edge of the bed frame at the footboard.
3. Gently lift the frame upwards. The hydraulic pistons will assist in lifting and holding the mattress and frame in an open position.
4. To close, gently push the frame downwards until it locks into place. Ensure hands and objects are clear of the closing mechanism.

USB Charging Ports

The headboard is equipped with integrated USB-C and standard USB-A charging ports (5V/3A) on both sides. To use:

1. Ensure the bed's power cable is plugged into a functional wall outlet.
2. Connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate USB-C or USB-A port on the headboard.
3. Your device should begin charging automatically.

Adjustable Headboard

The headboard offers two adjustable height settings to accommodate different mattress thicknesses. To adjust:

1. Carefully remove the mattress from the bed frame.
2. Locate the adjustment bolts on the headboard support brackets.
3. Loosen the bolts, slide the headboard to the desired height (25cm or 30cm mattress height), and re-tighten the bolts securely.
4. Replace the mattress.

Maintenance and Care
