General steps for assembly:
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the main base components using the specified bolts and washers. Ensure all connections are firm but do not fully tighten until all parts are aligned.
- Install Upright Posts: Attach the vertical upright posts to the base frame. These posts feature numbered holes for height adjustments.
- Mount Weight Stacks: Carefully slide the cement weight plates onto the guide rods. Secure the top plate and selector pin mechanism.
- Attach Smith Machine Guide Rods and Bar: Install the solid Smith machine guide rods and the padded Smith bar. Ensure smooth linear bearing operation.
